Roger Elkins
General Manager
Roger is the General Manager at Dial One Hour. He believes that long-lasting customer relationships define Dial One Hour. Roger credits this customer loyalty to providing the best possible service and communication with customers. He encourages his employees to do their best job every day and to focus completely on the customers.

With 27 years of experience in HVAC, Roger has had many different opportunities to personally assist customers and to foster customer-care in his employees. Roger has been with Dial One Hour management since 1993 when he began in service and installation.

Roger holds a Master Mechanical Certification. He is also a member of ACCA.

He is a 45-year resident of Indiana. Roger has two children. He is a member of the United Methodist Church and enjoys boating, golfing, trap shooting, hunting, and fishing.



Tom Gehle
Sales Manager
As the Sales Manager, Tom is committed to providing each customer with a positive, professional experience that will foster a long, lasting relationship. He believes by preparing his team to make on-site decisions they will consistently deliver the best, honest sales presentations and customer service possible. Tom also emphasizes that listening and treating customers with courtesy and respect in person and on the phone are critical to building a successful Sales Team.

Tom has been in the sales and customer service industry for 15 years. Prior to that, he made large contributions in the c-band industry.

Tom is a native Hoosier with two children. During his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and softball, jogging, and walking. He also enjoys watching football and going to the zoo with his children.



Craig Tullos
Production Manager
Craig has been in the HVAC industry for 10 years. He attended technical school in Pensacola, Florida and also carries an E.P.A. certification. From the south he moved to Indianapolis in 1998 working for Dial One Hour ever since. Beginning his career with us 10 years ago as an installation apprentice, he has since been promoted to Installation Manager.

Although Craig has been a resident of Indiana for the past decade, he has also resided in Arkansas, Texas, Florida and Alabama throughout his lifetime.

He is happily married to his wife Sarah of 17 years with two children, Josh who is 16 and Anna who is 12. In his limited spare time, he enjoys cookouts, bonfires, time with his children and boating. He also has three dogs.



Andy Colombini
Controller
Andy has 11 years experience in Accounting/Finance and has been with Dial One Hour and the HVAC industry for approximately one year. His focus is to support the operations team so they can efficiently serve our customers.

Prior to joining Dial One Hour, he was the Division Controller for Republic Services for five years in Bloomington, Indiana and a smaller waste company for 2 years leading up to that. Before employment in the solid waste industry, he was the Plant Controller for Foremost Mobile in Indianapolis. Foremost is a manufacturer of geotechnical grilling rigs and equipment.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Iowa and his M.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.

Although always a Midwesterner, he has only lived in Indiana for the past 10 years. He grew up in Wheaton, Illinois - a western suburb located approximately 30 miles from downtown Chicago.

Andy has been happily married to Sue for the past eight years. When not working hard for Dial One Hour, he enjoys traveling with friends and family and playing golf. He has two nieces and one nephew. He also has two cats and an African Grey parrot.



Amie Lieurance
Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager, Amie is responsible for conveying Dial One Hour's message to the consumer through advertising special offers and discounts. She strives to meet the needs of her fellow associates as well as to hone in on the needs of the consumer. She is proud to be a part of a team that takes "community involvement" to a whole new level. Dial One Hour gives away thousands of dollars worth of scholarships to area high school seniors each year as well as thousands of dollars worth of equipment to families in-need around central Indiana.

Amie is a graduate of Indiana University with over 6 years marketing experience. During her career, she has worked in the Shopping Center, Mortgage, and Real Estate / Financial products industries.

Amie is happily married and enjoys spending time with family and friends, her Boston Terrier - Wrigley, and tap dancing. She is a Cubs fan and avid Hoosier basketball fan as well.



Kenny Bell
Service Manager
As a Service Manager for Dial One Hour, Kenny helps support the service technicians to ensure the highest quality of customer service. He has been a member of the Dial One Hour team since 1994. Prior to working here he started in his family heating, cooling and refrigeration business.

Kenny is a lifelong resident of Indiana and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and racing remote controlled cars in his spare time. He is happily married to Madonna and they have two daughters and six grandchildren.




Tony Locker
Service Manager
Tony has been with Dial One Hour for the past 5 years and has been in the HVAC industry since 1990. During his career he has held different positions and really understands the way the industry works best. He is the Service Manager for Dial One Hour where he is responsible for managing the service technicians, ongoing training, and aiding in repair estimates. He also works directly with the customer service representatives and customers to ensure the highest quality of service and satisfaction possible.

Tony has always lived in Indiana and is married with four children. He enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with his family when he is not working diligently at Dial One Hour. He also has two dogs named Cleo and Gabby.



Wilson Rosenbaum
Operations Manager Muncie
With 37 years experience in the HVAC industry, Wilson is responsible for managing the Muncie, Indiana branch for Dial One Hour. To sum up his career, Wilson worked in the field for 17 years prior to working in management for the past 20 years.

Wilson has been a lifelong resident of Indiana and enjoys golfing. He also has two children and five grandchildren.






Ben Franklin Plumbing


Jason Noel
General Manager

As a proud partner of Dial One Hour, Jason is the general manager for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Similar to Roger, Jason believes that long-lasting customer relationships define Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He also encourages his employees to do their best job every day and to focus completely on the customers. He has worked in the plumbing industry for 13 years in a management role.

Jason is a lifelong resident of the Hoosier state. He has three children - 2 boys ages 13 & 6, and one daughter age 10. He enjoys coaching and attending his children's sports activities, as well as, playing softball, golf and some camping in his spare time. He has been married for 15 years and has a chocolate lab named Berkely.



Greg Roach
Operations & Development Manager
Greg has been in the plumbing industry for 33 years in the areas of new construction, commercial and service. He began the trade in Watsonville, California where he worked in commercial plumbing and heating for 3 years. He moved to Colorado Springs and continued in the industry for 10 years doing solar, new construction, commercial and hydronic heating and plumbing. From Colorado, he moved to New Mexico and started his own plumbing company which he ran for 3 years before moving to Indiana where he also continued the trade. He has now been an Indiana resident for the past 17 years. Serving in a management role for 18 years, he considers plumbing to be the "Greatest Trade in the World!"

Greg has an Associates degree in Biblical Studies and Psychology. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and basketball, riding his Harley, and watching all auto racing (especially NASCAR). He is a father of five and grandfather to eight!


Mister Sparky Electric


Mike Young
General Manager

Woods Electric has been serving Indianapolis and surrounding counties since 1920. Woods Electric joined the Dial One family in 1991 when its name changed to Dial One Woods Electric. Dial One Woods Electric is now known as Mister Sparky Electric to become a part of our nationally branded stores with a commitment to-more strongly than ever-do a quality job for longtime customers and new ones.

Mike Young continues to operate the company today with the same family values his father did when he purchased it back in 1960. Mike is the general manager and has worked for the family-owned company full time for 37 years and as an apprentice for the 6 years prior.

The main highlights of his career are appliance repair, lighting sales / service and field operations. He attended trade school and has always been a resident of Indiana. Mike's passion is servicing retail customers in all facets of residential design and installation.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys oil painting, music-percussion to be specific, woodworking, remodeling and Masonic affiliated community service. He has two daughters and two dogs.
